Developing classroom standards establishes the tone of entire class, offers clear-cut directions on how to behave, declines chances of rudeness, and facilitates learners to feel safe and express their notions and perspectives.

Moreover, making relations with learners is by far the vital practice an educator can do. According to my experience, being a professional educator, I possess a duty of care to my students who attend to my sessions.
