My role includes teaching business-related modules for diverse levels of learners. During my role being a teacher, I usually use quizzes, worksheets, and presentations to enable my students to learn easily. At the time of teaching or mentoring, one should ensure to use of diverse teaching methods that cater for different learners.
There can be the creation of an all-inclusive environment for the learners and the workforces to promote equality and diversity. Teacher can actively use resources which possess multicultural themes. The materials must not discriminate against any learner or group of learners.

It is also important for teachers to recognize and meet individual learner needs since it enables them to devote their strengths beyond planned teaching to effectual education which is concerned and thoughtful for every learner. This way, the learners will be inspired, supported, developed, and empowered since optimal learning circumstances are established.
It is noteworthy that a supportive learning environment has the ability to validate the existence of people and inspire engagement and involvement. All the learners demand in learning environments that are secure, supportive, just, and inclusive. Developing classroom standards establishes the tone of entire class, offers clear-cut directions on how to behave, declines chances of rudeness, and facilitates learners to feel safe and express their notions and perspectives.
Moreover, making relations with learners is by far the vital practice an educator can do. In absence of robust basis and relations built on respect and faith, no quality learning can take place.With this practice, teachers can bring forth a classroom environment wherein more learning can occur since learners can feel secure, inspired, and respected.
Another reason for promoting such behaviors for others in an education setting includes that it leads to zero tolerance for bullying which certifies that students or learners feel advocated, safe, and respected in the school community. It is further important in order to promote inclusion practices. It can be said that nurturing positive social relations between learners with disabilities and their peers need the preparation of non-disabled students in class so they can comprehend the desires of their new peers.
At the time of imparting knowledge and acting as a teacher, there are some points wherein a teacher is required to liaise with other professionals such as administrative workforces; caretakers; other teachers; senior management or leaders, parents, inspectors, employers, and more. It is required for teachers to always act professionally and never allow any individual issues to impact them. According to my experience, being a professional educator, I possess a duty of care to my students who attend to my sessions. When any of my students come to me for sharing their problem, I usually understand and evaluate their issue. If I feel the issue is out of my control, I pass that learner to the concerned internal or external agency.
