Academic Integrity Policy

Our commitment

In England it is a criminal offence to provide, arrange or advertise contract cheating services to students (Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022). We support that law. Every service we offer is designed to help you learn and to keep you within your institution’s rules.

What we do

• One-to-one sessions that explain concepts, methods and marking criteria.
• Feedback on drafts you have written, mapped to your brief and rubric.
• Pre-submission checks of structure, argument and referencing.
• Proofreading guidance within your university’s proofreading policy.
• Example material and samples that show structure and approach, for reference only.

What we never do

• Write assessed work for you to submit as your own.
• Sit or complete exams, tests, quizzes or online assessments for you.
• Help you hide the use of AI tools, or “humanise” text to avoid detection.
• Promise grades or results.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking and following your institution’s rules on outside help, proofreading and AI, for writing your own assessed work, and for acknowledging help where your institution requires it. See our Student Code of Ethical Use.

If a request crosses the line

If we believe a request would breach this policy, we will decline it or suggest a legitimate alternative, such as feedback on your own draft. We may end services that are being misused.
