What we provide

We provide academic support for students: one-to-one expert sessions, feedback on your drafts, pre-submission checks, editing and proofreading guidance, referencing help, study resources and example material for reference.

Everything we provide is to help you learn and to improve your own work. We do not write assessed work for you to submit as your own, and we do not take exams, tests or quizzes on your behalf. See our Academic Integrity Policy.

Using our services

• You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must give accurate information and tell us your university’s rules on outside help, AI tools and proofreading.
• You are responsible for how you use our material and for following your institution’s academic integrity policy.
• You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Student Code of Ethical Use.

Quotes and orders

When you send us your requirements we give you a fixed quote in pounds sterling (GBP). A contract is formed when you accept the quote and we confirm your order by email or through your account. We may decline an order, for example if it would breach our Academic Integrity Policy, and if so we will refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include any VAT we are required to charge. Payment terms, part payments and duplicate payments are covered in our Payment Policy.

Timeframes

We agree a delivery timeframe with you when you order. Timeframes depend on the complexity, length and expertise required, and on you replying to questions and sending the information we need. We will tell you as soon as possible if a timeframe is at risk.

Your rights as a UK consumer

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we must provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and as described. If we don’t, you can ask us to put it right, and if that isn’t possible within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund. You also have a 14-day right to cancel most online orders. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Outcomes

We cannot guarantee a particular grade, mark or result, because these depend on your own work and your institution’s marking.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, samples and resources belong to us or our licensors. You may use material we provide for your own private study. You must not resell, publish or share it, or submit it as your own work. Content you send us stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to provide the service you asked for.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by you not following your institution’s rules. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the contract

We may suspend or end a service if you seriously break these terms, for example by asking us to complete assessed work for submission, abusing staff or experts, or not paying. If we end a service for this reason we may keep a fair amount for work already done and refund the rest.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us. Our Complaints Policy explains how we handle complaints and the timescales we work to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
