Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of it being confirmed, without giving a reason.

If you ask us to start straight away

Most students want work to start immediately. When you order, you ask us to begin within the 14 days. If you then cancel, we refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the work done up to the point you told us you were cancelling. If the service has been fully provided, the right to cancel no longer applies.

Orders due in 72 hours or less usually begin as soon as payment is made, so less of the price may be refundable.

How to cancel

Email info@myassignmentservices.com or message us on WhatsApp +1 555 892 5205 with your order code and the words “I want to cancel”. Cancelling through your student portal works too, where available.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, to your original payment method. If you would rather, we can add the amount to your MAS wallet as credit to use on another service; wallet credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is added.

After 14 days

After the cancellation period you can still ask to stop an order. We will refund the value of any work not yet done, minus any costs we can’t recover, and tell you the amount before you decide.

If we cancel

If we can’t provide your service, for example because no suitable expert is available or the request would break our Academic Integrity Policy, we will refund everything you have paid for the part we can’t provide.
