Using student information

• Use student information and files only to provide the service you have been assigned.
• Never contact a student outside MAS UK channels or ask for their personal contact details.
• Never share student information, files or work with anyone else, or use them to train AI tools.

Keeping it secure

• Keep files on secure, password-protected devices and accounts.
• Don’t download files to shared or public computers.
• Report any loss, theft or unauthorised access to the support team immediately, so we can meet our legal duty to report breaches within 72 hours where required.

Deleting information

Delete student files and copies from your devices when the order is complete, or sooner if asked.

After you stop working with us

These duties continue after you leave the MAS UK expert network.
