Pre-Booking Order Policy

How it works

1. Pay a deposit of at least 20% of the order value, worked out at the offer price that applies on the day you book.
2. Send your requirements through your student portal or by email within 30 days.
3. Pay the balance at the same discounted price to start your service.

Timelines

Please start your service within 30 days of booking. If you need longer, tell us before the 30 days end and we can usually extend it by up to 7 days.

Offers

Only offers valid on the day you pre-book apply. Earlier or later offers can’t be added afterwards.

Changing your mind

You can cancel a pre-booking within 14 days for a full refund of your deposit. After that, if you decide not to go ahead, contact us and we will refund the deposit minus any reasonable costs we have already incurred. Your rights under our Cancellation Policy and UK consumer law always apply.
