Reviews Policy

Where our reviews come from

Reviews on our site come from students who have used our services. Our overall rating is taken from our public Trustpilot profile.

What we do

• We invite all customers to leave a review, not only those we expect to be happy.
• We publish positive and negative reviews, and we do not edit what reviewers say, other than removing personal or offensive content.
• We remove reviews that are duplicated, appear fake, or were not written by a genuine customer.
• We never pay for reviews or offer discounts in return for positive ones. If an incentive is ever offered for leaving a review, it is offered regardless of what the review says, and we label those reviews.
• Our staff and experts do not review our services.

Reporting a review
