Payment Policy

Prices and currency

We quote and charge in pounds sterling (GBP). The price in your quote or invoice is the price you pay, including any VAT we are required to charge. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and any fees.

How to pay

You can pay securely online using the options shown at checkout, through providers that are PCI DSS compliant. We never ask for card details by email, chat or WhatsApp. If you would like to use a method that isn’t shown, email info@myassignmentservices.com.

When to pay

Most orders are paid in full when you confirm your quote. For some orders we can agree a part payment: at least 75% when you order and the remaining balance by the midpoint of the agreed timeframe. If the balance isn’t paid, we may pause work until it is, and the timeframe moves accordingly. Part payments aren’t available for orders due in 72 hours or less.

Duplicate payments

If you are charged twice, email proof of both payments to info@myassignmentservices.com. Once confirmed, we refund the duplicate to your original payment method within 14 days, usually much sooner.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, send us a screenshot of the error. Failures caused by your bank, card limits or network problems are outside our control, but we will help you find another way to pay.

Offers and discounts

Offers such as a discount on your first order apply only while they are shown on the site, can’t be combined unless we say so, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Invoices

You receive an emailed receipt for every payment. Ask us if you need a full invoice.
